Make way once more for the King of the monsters. After Godzilla vs. Kong, Godzilla is coming to Netflix this time through the new anime of Godzilla Singular Point. It’s a genius.
Netflix revealed a new trailer for Godzilla Singular Point which reveals its premiere date. The new Godzilla anime is now available in Japan, but it will hit the rest of the world next June, and will span 13 episodes.
The new trailer for the series shows a colossal Godzilla as fiery as the Sun itself, while also doing more demonstrations on the creatures, machines, including Jet Jaguar, and humans that will attempt to defend themselves from the fearsome kaijus that will be invoked thanks to a mysterious song.
Singular Point will star a graduate student and an engineer who they lead “the fight against an unimaginable force that could spell the ruin of the world”, according to the synopsis of the series.

The series is a jewel that will be created by pure anime legends. The animation was provided by Studio Bones, the creators of My Hero Academia, Orange Y Beastars, with the direction of the filmmaker of the film Doraemon, Atsushi Takahashi.
Eiji Yamamori, one of the Studio Ghibli masters behind the classic Spirited Away it was who designed the kaijus in order to Singular Point, while the mangaka of Blue Exorcist, Kazue Kato, was in charge of the original design of the characters and the Japanese science fiction novelist Toh Enjoe was the supervisor of the script and the writing of the series.
