Amazing Fantasy Tinley Park

The Tinley Park location of Amazing Fantasy opened in 1993 on Oak Park Avenue, two years after the chain's Frankfort store. The business itself traces back to 1978, when it started under a different name before settling in the Calumet City area.

Shelves cover new comics from DC, Marvel and independent publishers, store exclusives and variants, graphic novels, manga and kids' titles, along with collectible card games, board games, role-playing games and miniatures.

The store keeps longer weekday hours than the Frankfort branch: open until 8pm Tuesday through Friday, from 10am on Saturdays, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
