Who can review
Anyone who has actually ordered from, commissioned, attended, visited or read the thing they review. Rate the criteria that apply; a written review is optional.
Publishing
Reviews go live straight away after an automatic spam check. We limit how often one visitor can post, and one person should review a page only once (you can post an update later).
Not allowed
- Reviews of something you have not used or attended
- Reviews written by the business, its staff or competitors, or in exchange for payment or free products without saying so
- Personal information about anyone, threats, hate or harassment
- Spam, links and promotions
Removal
We remove reviews that break these rules, and reviews a court orders removed. We do not remove honest negative reviews because a business asks. Use the Report button under any review, or the contact page.
