About Kitsune Kon
Kitsune Kon is an anime and gaming convention in Green Bay, Wisconsin, held since 2011. It uses the KI Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Green Bay, where the entire hotel is part of the room block. The 2027 edition is July 9–11.
A full-weekend badge for ages 13 and up is $60, Friday is $40 and Saturday $50; children 12 and under are free.
The Cosplay Masquerade is the main costume contest, with pre-judging, and a separate session lets cosplayers get five minutes of feedback from a masquerade judge. Real firearms, live steel and projectiles of any kind, from airsoft pellets to Nerf darts and water, are not allowed, and prop guns may not be pointed at the audience.
