Instead of relying on measurements, the studio asks clients to mail head and face tracings so the piece can be fitted without travel; a few measurements may be requested for length. The FAQ puts the average custom wig at $1,200–2,400, with payment plans available.
Turnaround is generally 10–15 weeks from order to shipping, and clients outside the United States should allow at least four more weeks. A down payment is due at order and the balance before shipment. Completed custom pieces are not refundable; photos are sent before shipping so adjustments can be requested.
