Most in-stock orders ship the next business day, or the same day if placed by 2 p.m. CST; uncommon prescriptions, especially toric lenses, can add up to five business days, and prescription verification can add up to one business day.
By law every order is verified with the buyer's eye care provider; uploading a prescription is optional because the store can call the doctor. Its cosplay page states that plano lenses also need a prescription. Factory-sealed lenses can be returned within 30 days of shipping with return postage covered, but custom, novelty and made-to-order lenses cannot be cancelled or returned.
