About Ashes Wigs
Ashes Wigs is a cosplay wig commission service run by a cosmaker and wig stylist working since 2010, now with a small team that also makes ears and small props. The commission page says orders are open again and that packages ship from Italy, with a note about current delays on shipments to the USA.
Requests go through a Google form, followed by a labor quote and a separate materials estimate. The upfront payment is 50% of labor plus materials and is non-refundable; the other 50% plus shipping is due once the client approves the finished wig. Payment is by PayPal or bank transfer.
Without a set deadline, work takes at least two months from confirmation to shipping. Tight deadlines carry an urgency fee of 10% to 100% of the labor price. Wigs are not done strictly first come, first served.
