Its 15,000-square-foot shop on Laurel Canyon Boulevard and its website carry pro makeup, hair and skincare, tools, student kits and a large special effects range, from silicone, latex and plaster for prosthetic work to bald caps, blood and wound FX.
Orders placed by 11 a.m. Pacific on weekdays ship the same day. US options include USPS First Class and Priority Mail and FedEx Ground and Express. Free shipping on web orders is limited to the contiguous 48 states and excludes hazardous items, and FedEx air shipments with flammables carry a $40 hazmat fee.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days with the receipt, for unused and unswatched items. Many SFX supplies, such as adhesives, blood and bald caps, are final sale unless sealed.
