Tinsley Transfers

Tinsley Transfers, Inc. is a San Fernando, California, company that makes temporary tattoos and FX transfers, selling under the Tattoo FX name on social media. Its online store sells the transfers directly, along with application and removal guides that explain how to put on and take off a temporary tattoo, and the business lists weekday office hours for phone orders and questions.

Under its terms, purchases are made under a shipment contract, so risk passes to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product price, which usually arrives within 1 to 2 weeks after the return is received. Opened vials, makeup and blister packs cannot be returned under any circumstances, and shipping and transit fees are not refunded.
