About Collector’s Paradise Pasadena

Collector's Paradise opened its second store in Pasadena in April 2010, bringing the format of the original West Valley shop to a new audience. The store now sits on South Arroyo Parkway.

Subscribers use the chain's online subscription software, introduced in 2025, to manage pull lists, pre-order items and browse upcoming titles. There is no minimum number of titles; customers sign a credit card authorization to open a box and are asked to collect their books fairly regularly. Local subscriptions are set up in a store, and a mail-order version ships books monthly.

The group hosts creators and publishers on an almost weekly basis across its three locations, and lists events on its calendar and social channels. Collections are bought at the Winnetka store rather than here.
