About Forged Foam
Forged Foam is a partnership, listed as Forged Foam LLP, of three builders who report more than 60 years of combined medieval combat and weapon construction experience. The shop makes foam weapons for full-contact combat and LARP, including swords, axes, maces, spears, polearms and shields, and also offers cosplay kits and Stormlight Archive shardblades.
Most gear is made to order, so production can take up to a few weeks; buyers with a deadline are asked to note it at checkout. UPS is the standard carrier, with some small orders sent by USPS. The continental US is covered directly, while Alaska, Hawaii and other countries need a shipping quote.
Custom LARP or cosplay pieces are requested by email with a reference image, length, use and contact level, and construction starts once the piece is paid.
