Spandex World Inc. sells spandex and other stretch fabrics by the yard online and from its showroom in Long Island City, Queens. Samples can be ordered for most fabrics, up to 20 at a time.
US standard orders need up to 24 hours of processing and may take up to 7 business days to arrive; economy shipping can take up to 10. Express orders placed before 2 p.m. ET on weekdays are queued for same-day shipment.
Refunds are possible within 10 days of receipt with prior authorization, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Cut or altered fabric, pieces under 3 yards, clearance items and swatches cannot be returned, and buyers pay return postage unless the store erred. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal are accepted.
