About Spandex House
Spandex House has supplied spandex and stretch fabrics from New York's Fashion District since 1991, serving costume, dance and performance customers as well as wholesale buyers. Online orders need at least one yard and a $20 minimum.
Orders ship from the retail store in New York, NY 10018. Ground shipments need at least 2 business days of processing and can take up to 7 business days to arrive; express orders received after 3 p.m. ET go out the next business day. Up to 8 samples ship free by mail.
Returns are handled when the wrong or damaged fabric is sent, if raised within 10 calendar days; a customer's own wrong order of 5 yards or more can be refunded less a 20% restocking fee. Sale items are final. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
