About Spoonflower
Spoonflower prints fabric and other items on demand. Every order is made to order in US-based facilities and shipped once it is finished.
Production time is an estimate in business days and does not include delivery. Standard delivery can take up to a week within the United States, and rush and guaranteed options are offered except on decor items.
Because everything is print-on-demand, ordinary returns and exchanges are not offered. Print flaws or product defects must be reported within 30 days of the order shipping from the factory, with the company contacted before anything is sent back.
