Unicoeye sells colored and cosplay contact lenses online, with free shipping on orders over $40. Orders need 2 to 3 business days of preparation, and some items take 4 to 7.
Standard shipping to the continental United States is quoted at 10 to 15 business days; Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other territories take at least 30 days. Delivery times also depend on which warehouse an item ships from.
US customers go through prescription verification under the FCLCA by uploading a copy or naming their eye care professional, and orders that do not match the prescription are cancelled and refunded. Unused items in original packing can be returned within 15 days after approval; opened lens packs are refused, and buyers pay return postage unless the store made the error. PayPal and cards are accepted.
