About Prince Armory
Prince Armory is a design and fabrication studio in the Houston, Texas area, founded in 2007. It is best known for ornate custom leather armor and fantasy takes on superhero designs, and also makes weapons, props and costumes case by case. Everything is built per commission; there is no stock for sale or rent.
The studio now limits commissions to full armor or fantasy wardrobe projects (from $20,000) and elaborate single pieces or art projects (from $7,500). Its pricing page describes a backlog of three to four years, with occasional rush projects accepted.
Orders start with a quote form. Projects join the queue once a deposit is placed, payment plans can run up to 36 months, and nothing ships before it is paid off. Finished pieces carry a lifetime warranty against breakage or workmanship defects.
