TheLadyFriend1 is the cosplay and content name of Katie, a self-taught maker who has built her own costumes with EVA foam, sewing, painting and wig styling since 2022. She also sells patterns, publishes tutorials and presents panels at Midwest conventions such as C2E2.

She accepts select commissions: EVA foam weapons, 3D-printed sci-fi and fantasy blasters, lightweight armor pieces, Renaissance Faire bodices and other sewn costume elements, plus finishing of 3D prints, silicone molding, resin casting and hand painting.

Requests go through an inquiry form with references, deadline and measurements, and a submission is a quote request rather than a confirmed order. Accepted projects start with a deposit paid as a Ko-fi listing; the remaining 40% and shipping are due before delivery. She asks for two to three months before the event, and rush jobs depend on her schedule.
