Dovah Design

Dovah Design is a Central Florida propmaker and professional cosplayer working since 2014, with a focus on fantasy armor and weapons. Listed techniques include Worbla and EVA foam armor, sculpting, mold making, leatherwork and sewing. Props are made to look realistic for cosplay and display; LARP-safe weapons are not offered.

The custom props page, updated September 24, 2025, says the studio is not booking non-corporate commissions, though it still answers inquiries with rough estimates. The quote form asks for a budget, starting at the $500–1,000 bracket.

For accepted projects, a PDF estimate breaks down materials, hourly labor and timeline, then becomes a signed contract. A deposit covering materials secures the dates, 50% of labor is due at the start, and the remaining labor plus shipping is due at completion. Most props take three weeks to two months of working time.
