Asgardian Armory

Asgardian Armory is a leatherworking shop near Houston, Texas, with a workshop in Missouri City (by invitation only) and a booth at the Texas Renaissance Festival in Todd Mission. It makes custom leather armor, bracers, gauntlets, helmets and masks, along with handmade chainmail, scalemail and blades, for faire, LARP and cosplay.

Everything is made to order, so there is no online checkout. Commissions start with a request form or a visit to the festival booth, and each one gets a written quote.

A deposit reserves a place in the build schedule and covers materials. Most armor takes several weeks, and the shop asks for the event date up front. Full-body suits are measured in person; smaller pieces can often be made from measurements the client sends. Many pieces can ship, depending on the item and destination.
