About Comic Quest
Comic Quest is a comic book and game store on Bridger Road in Lake Forest that has operated for more than forty years, starting as one couple's idea for a neighborhood shop. It has been named a finalist for the Eisner Spirit of Comics Retailer Award.
Stock counts posted by the shop include more than 4,000 graphic novels, 2,000 manga volumes, 1,700 board games, 400 role-playing titles and 6,000 miniatures with a 2,400-color paint wall, plus trading card games and toys.
The calendar is busy: weekly card game nights for Magic, Lorcana and other games, prereleases, paint days, tournaments and a monthly comic book club whose pick is 25% off for the month. Customers also get free dice on their birthday.
