About The Paper Escape
The Paper Escape has been in downtown Dixon for 19 years, on West 1st Street. It sells comic books, trade paperbacks and manga, including some Silver Age and investment-grade comics, alongside new fantasy and science fiction books and used books of all genres.
Games are a big part of the store: Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, board games, RPGs, dice and miniatures. It also carries collectibles such as Windstone Editions and Disney and comic statues.
The shop hosts leagues and tournaments in-house and lists them on its website.
