Conventions in Colorado at a glance
byocosplay lists 3 conventions in Colorado: 2 anime, 1 multi-genre. They are spread over Denver and Aurora.
Coming up next: Colorado Anime Fest (Mar 19–21, 2027); Fan Expo Denver (Jul 2–5, 2027).
The longest-running on the list is Nan Desu Kan, first held in 1997.
3 of them run a masquerade or cosplay contest, among them Colorado Anime Fest and Fan Expo Denver.
Dates, venues and prop rules come from each convention's official site and change every year — check the convention page before you book. If you went, rate the organisation, lines, guests and how cosplay-friendly it felt.
Bringing a prop?
Every convention page links its official prop and weapon policy. Read how convention prop checks work before you pack.
