FoamOrder

FoamOrder is a custom foam and cushion fabricator that has sold online since 1999, with upholstery-trade roots going back to 1950. Besides cushions and mattresses it offers EVA foam for cosplay armor, props and costumes, cut as plain pieces or custom shapes, though some dimensions such as cylinders deeper than 2 inches cannot be cut.

Everything is cut at its headquarters and fabrication facility in Richmond, California and shipped direct, usually by UPS Ground and sometimes USPS Priority. Foam is vacuum-packed to keep shipping costs down, and expedited shipping is available at extra cost.

Many products are not returnable because they are custom made; returnable or exchangeable items must arrive in brand-new condition in their original packaging.
