US customers buy under separate terms from Iron Fortress America Inc., and orders ship from the company's warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky. Payment is taken when the order ships, by PayPal or major credit and debit cards.

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of receiving an item, which must come back in its original condition. Buyers fill out a return form and email it before sending anything, and they pay the return shipping themselves. Cosplayers should still check each convention's weapon policy before bringing a padded replica.
