Most sabers and parts ship within 1 to 3 weeks, wrapped hilts need an extra 2 to 4 weeks, and Legacy Elite, Crystal and Exotic models ship within 5 to 9 weeks. Mixed orders follow the slowest item. Domestic orders go by USPS, UPS or FedEx, and international buyers pay import duties.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for new or like-new items, as store credit or an exchange only, and need email authorization and an RMA form. Custom finishes, specialty wraps and Adaptive Saber Parts builds are final sale.
