Orders may take up to 7 business days to ship. Special-order items ship directly from suppliers under their own rules, and hazardous items add a surcharge that free-shipping offers do not cover.
Most items can be returned within 60 days of purchase in original condition with a receipt; machines have a 14-day window and returns over $500 carry a 10% restocking fee. Online orders can be returned to a Tandy store or by mail with an RMA, and the customer pays return shipping. Some special-order items are final sale.
