About Cosplay Supplies
Cosplay Supplies has served cosplayers, costumers and crafters since 2004 and is the official Worbla distribution channel in North America; it also runs the Worbla.com tutorial site. Its main office is in Toronto, and stock ships from warehouses in both Canada and the USA.
Average processing is 1 to 3 business days, then UPS or FedEx ground delivery takes about 1 to 7 business days depending on location. Special-order items take longer and can hold up a whole order. The store pays duties on US and Canadian orders, so there are no customs fees at the door.
Exchanges are offered only when the wrong item or a damaged item arrives, and only for the same product; there are no cash refunds and shipping is not refunded. The site is run by Cosplay Supplies Inc.
