About Denuo Novo
Denuo Novo is a Westbury, New York company founded in 2021 that holds Star Wars licenses for high-end costumes and collectibles. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rubies II LLC and is managed by Joel Weinshanker, who also runs NECA.
The shop sells screen-accurate helmets, costume kits, accessories, props and statues, many aimed at fans building armor and character costumes. Orders may leave from different warehouses, and shipping costs depend on the method chosen and the order value, shown at checkout.
The refund policy is strict: all sales are final with no refunds. If a pre-order becomes unavailable, the buyer may get store credit or a digital gift card instead. Any problem with an order has to be reported to customer service within 90 days of receiving it.
