Xcoser is an online cosplay retailer whose brand history dates to 2008. It sells costumes, wigs, shoes, props and accessories, and lists its operator as Xcostume International Company Limited in Hong Kong.
Clothing is produced to order in standard sizes or to the buyer's own measurements, which is why cancellations get stricter after the first 24 hours. For North America the shop lists free shipping (over 30 working days), standard and eco tiers, and express delivery in 2–7 working days from about $40.
Returns are aimed at defects, lost parcels or items that differ significantly from the listing: the buyer must contact support within 2 days of delivery and send goods back within 2 weeks, by tracked mail at their own cost. Sale items are not refundable. A wrong measurement supplied by the buyer is not covered.
