About Cosplayflying
Cosplayflying, which also trades as Cosplayfly, is a China-based costume workshop that says it employs more than 30 tailors and sews each costume to the customer's own measurements. It also sells wigs, shoes, masks and other accessories, and accepts commission orders.
Most made-to-order costumes are finished 7 to 15 business days after payment, with Halloween-season orders taking 20 to 30 working days. Finished pieces to the United States go by DHL and usually arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Shipping cost depends on destination and weight and is shown before the order is submitted.
Wrong-size, defective, missing or misdescribed items must be reported with detailed photos within 7 days of delivery, and returns sent back within 2 weeks at the buyer's own cost. Only the item price is refunded, not shipping. Stained, used, washed or scented items are excluded, and orders can only be changed within 6 hours.
