About CosplayFU
CosplayFU sells anime and game cosplay costumes, wigs, shoes, props and full character sets, and lists a contact office in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Costumes come in standard sizes, but buyers can also enter their own chest, waist, hip, outside-leg, height and weight figures in the order form for a tailored fit.
Costumes take 15 to 20 working days to make, while wigs and accessories leave in 2 to 7 days. Standard shipping is free worldwide for costumes and takes about 20 to 30 days. Props travel in a separate parcel. Payment runs through PayPal, Stripe (including Apple Pay) or Worldpay.
Only accessories and wigs can be returned, within 14 days of receipt and at the buyer's cost; costumes, shoes and props are not returnable, and full refunds are limited to defective or wrong items. Orders cannot be canceled once tailoring starts, about two days after confirmation.
