About Cossky
Cossky is an online shop for tailor-made cosplay, film and Halloween costumes. It says it runs three factories with more than 100 tailors, and its contact page gives an address on West Jinshajiang Road in Jiading District; its terms are governed by the laws of China and Hong Kong. Costumes are made to the customer's measurements, though some best-sellers are kept in stock.
Most orders ship 10 to 15 business days after payment clears. Custom pieces take about 10 to 15 working days to finish, or about 20 near Halloween, then travel by express in roughly 5 to 7 working days. US buyers can track parcels on the USPS site.
Wrong-size, defective, missing or misdescribed items must be reported with photos within 7 days of delivery, and returns sent by registered mail within 2 weeks at the buyer's expense. Used, washed or scented costumes and wigs are excluded. Payment is by card or PayPal.
