From the China warehouse, standard shipping by SF Express, Yun Express or Yanwen usually reaches US addresses in 12 to 20 business days, while DHL or FedEx takes about 3 to 5. Some products ship free to the US.
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt, and change-of-mind returns are accepted within 15 days. The buyer pays return postage by registered mail in those cases, and only the listing price is refunded. Wrong sizes caused by the shop are remade free; errors from the buyer's own measurements get a 10% discount on a new costume.
