About HallowCos
HallowCos is a cosplay and Halloween costume maker founded in 2021 in Shenzhen, China; its current contact address is in Wuhan. It says it now runs a factory with about 100 tailors and also sells through Amazon and AliExpress. Most costumes can be made to custom measurements, with plus sizes available.
Ready-to-ship items are processed in 1 to 2 days, and other pieces take 7 to 15 days to tailor. Shipping options are the priority line (10 to 20 days) or DHL (3 to 7 days), and orders ship duties unpaid. Cancellation is possible only within 24 hours, before production starts.
Defective or wrong items are refunded or replaced at the shop's cost if reported with photos within 2 days of delivery. Other return requests must be made within a week, with goods sent back to China within 14 days of approval at the buyer's cost; only part of the product price is refunded. Custom-made costumes cannot be returned.
