ProCosplayShop is an online cosplay costume store whose return address is in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, and whose terms are governed by Chinese law. It sells ready-made costumes in standard sizes as well as customized orders.

Processing normally takes 3 to 5 business days, longer for customized items, and each product page shows its own processing time. Standard shipping then takes 7 to 15 business days and express 5 to 7, with the cost calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

New, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Quality problems must be reported with photos within 48 hours of receipt, and the store supplies a label for defective or wrong items. For change-of-mind or fit returns, the buyer arranges and pays postage and a 20% restocking fee applies. Size differences of 3–5 cm are not treated as defects.
