About Cosplaysky

Most orders are dispatched 10 to 15 business days after payment clears. Custom-made costumes take about 10 to 15 working days, or around 20 near Halloween, then ship by express in roughly 5 to 7 working days. All parcels are tracked, and US buyers can follow theirs on the USPS site.
Wrong-size, defective, missing or misdescribed items must be reported with photos within 2 days of delivery, and goods returned by registered mail within 2 weeks at the buyer's cost. If the buyer supplied wrong measurements, the shop offers a 20% discount on a replacement or a paid revision. Used, washed or scented items are excluded.
