About CosplayBuzz
CosplayBuzz sells character wigs for games, film, TV and animation, plus fashion wigs and a costume range. The company says its headquarters are in Hong Kong, with factories in mainland China, and that it has been trading since 2011.
Handling time is stated on each listing, and made-to-order or custom pieces add production time. Parcels go by registered air mail, handed to the local postal service on arrival, or by expedited DHL and FedEx. Shipping rates appear in the cart before checkout.
Brand-new, unworn items with tag and original bag can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Buyers choose between a refund, minus a 20% restocking and handling fee, or full-value store credit, and they pay return postage. Exchanges are not offered and custom items are excluded. Wig lengths are measured unstretched from crown to tip, with a 1–2 inch allowance.
