Yicosplay

Yicosplay is a small Chinese company, with an eight-person team by its own account, that sells handmade cosplay costumes along with wigs, shoes, props and accessories. Its contact page lists an address in Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong, and its terms are governed by Chinese law.

Every order is made after payment. Processing ranges from 3 to 30 days depending on the item, and each product page states its own figure. Transit to the United States generally takes another 10 to 15 days. Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and JCB) are taken directly at checkout.

Within 30 days of receipt the shop replaces items that arrive wrong, damaged, defective, in a size it got wrong, missing parts, or lost in transit. Sizing errors caused by the buyer's own measurements, worn or altered items and trimmed wigs are not covered, and buyers pay return shipping. Orders canceled after 24 hours carry a 50% fee.
