Costumes are customized after the order is placed, usually in 3 to 5 days and up to 10 for some costumes and wigs; the delivery page also quotes 4 to 7 business days of tailoring. The FAQ gives an average shipping time of 5 to 8 business days. Cancellations are free within 24 hours, after which a 30% fee applies.
Returns are tightly limited: problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and goods sent back within 3 days. Defective, damaged or wrongly shipped items qualify for a full refund, but a size the buyer chose wrongly is refused, and accepted non-defect returns carry a 50% restocking fee with original shipping kept.
