CosplayWare

CosplayWare is an online shop for cosplay costumes, accessories and themed apparel from anime, games and films. It is a trade name of Thalpy B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands, and has traded since 2017, first for European carnival shoppers and, from 2020, for cosplay fans worldwide.

Orders take 2 to 5 days to process. Shipping to US addresses is free and typically takes 8 to 12 business days, though tracking is not always available on the free service and multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels. The shop guarantees delivery within 50 business days, after which a refund or reshipment can be requested.

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery by a trackable method; the buyer pays return postage unless the item was wrong or defective, and the product price is refunded after inspection. Orders can be canceled only within 6 hours of purchase. Payment is by PayPal or major credit cards.
