Wig Is Fashion (WIF) is an online wig shop launched in 2010, with offices and factories in Hong Kong and mainland China. Its range covers cosplay wigs, lace front and everyday fashion wigs, men's wigs and facial hair, and it also accepts quote requests for custom lace front wigs.
Handling usually takes 2 to 4 working days; made-to-order and customized pieces need around 25 to 40 working days of production. Regular air mail then takes about 10 to 20 working days, while expedited shipping usually arrives in 4 to 9.
Unused, uncombed items in their original bag with the tag attached can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt, with return postage paid by the buyer. The shop does not do exchanges, and custom-made items cannot be refunded. Payment is by PayPal or card.
