Arda Wigs is a US cosplay wig brand started in 2008 by a husband-and-wife team. It sells heat-resistant wigs in two fibers, CLASSIC and SILKY, along with lace fronts, facial hair, styling tools, makeup and crafting supplies.
Orders ship from the company's warehouse in Salt Lake City by USPS or UPS. Normal processing is 3 to 5 business days and can stretch to 7 to 10 during busy periods. Backordered wigs are paid up front, and a mixed order waits until every item is in stock.
Unworn, untried wigs in their original packaging can be returned for store credit if the request is made within five business days of delivery; cash refunds are limited to defective items. Clearance, discontinued and makeup items are final sale. Most caps measure about 23 inches and stretch to around 25.
