About UUstyles
UUstyles sells cosplay costumes from anime, games, films and TV for adults, children and pets, along with wigs, shoes, masks, gloves and toy props. Its storefront has a ready-to-ship section and a separate US warehouse section, and it offers a color and fabric change service.
Most orders ship 7 to 15 business days after payment clears, rising to around 20 working days at Halloween; ready-to-ship items can leave within 24 hours. Shipping options are free (9 to 12 working days), standard (4 to 7) and fast (3 to 5). Payment is by PayPal or credit card.
Returns must be requested by email within 14 days of receiving the package and sent back in original condition within two weeks of delivery. The buyer covers return shipping, which is not refunded. Used, washed, damaged or incomplete items are excluded, as are wrong sizes caused by the buyer's own measurements.
