About SimCosplay
SimCosplay is a cosplay costume company founded in 2014 with a contact address in Hefei, Anhui, China. It makes anime, game and superhero costumes, including spandex suits, and also sells wigs, props and accessories. Pieces come in standard sizes chosen mainly by height, or tailor-made from the buyer's measurements; gender-swapped versions count as tailor-made.
Standard sizes take 7 to 10 working days to make and custom sizes 10 to 20. Shipping then takes 10 to 15 working days on the basic service, 5 to 10 on standard and 3 to 5 on rush, through carriers such as UPS, DHL, USPS and FedEx.
Standard-size costumes, wigs, props and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, with the buyer paying return postage. Customized and tailor-made costumes cannot be returned. Cancellations after 7 working days carry a 30% labor charge.
