ArmStreet designs, makes and sells medieval and fantasy clothing, armor, footwear and accessories in-house and ships to customers worldwide with prices in US dollars. Customers can order standard sizes or made-to-measure pieces by sending detailed measurements, and special requests and design changes can be added to custom orders.

Standard International Airmail takes 16 to 21 calendar days and is handed to USPS for US tracking, while UPS Express takes about 5 business days. Prices exclude taxes and customs fees, and PayPal handles payment.

Buyers must email within 3 days of receiving a package to start a return. Fixed-size items can be refunded if sent back unused with labels within 3 days; custom-sized items, custom modifications and closeouts cannot be returned unless faulty. The US returns address is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
