About Emerald City Comic Con
Emerald City Comic Con began in 2003 as a one-day show founded by comics retailer and creator Jim Demonakos and is now run by ReedPop. The 2027 edition is set for March 4–7 at the Seattle Convention Center.
Tickets for 2027 are on sale. A 4-day pass is $166.94, Thursday is $27.30 and Friday through Sunday run $64.05 to $84.00, all with taxes and fees included; kids' tickets are $16.80 per day.
Cosplay Central hosts the Crown Championships on Saturday, March 6, 2027, where judges review the costumes before contestants take the stage. Applications open November 30, 2026 and close January 22, 2027. Prop guns must be marked at a daily Prop Check, and metal blades and real weapons are banned. An ADA Assistance Program is available.
