About PAX West
PAX West is the Seattle edition of the PAX gaming festival, built by ReedPop and spread across two downtown convention buildings: the Arch building on Pike Street and the Summit building on Pine Street. The 2027 show runs September 3–6, over Labor Day weekend.
Costume weapons are welcome only after Enforcers approve them and attach a colored zip tie. Functional weapons, metal replica guns, and metal swords, knives and spears are banned, firearm props need an orange tip, and arrows must have soft tips.
The show is wheelchair accessible. ASL interpreters can be requested at least two weeks before opening day, and a Medical Pass covers the holder and one companion for panel access.
