About Holiday Matsuri
Holiday Matsuri is a holiday-themed anime, gaming and cosplay convention held in December at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, with the Hyatt Regency Orlando as headquarters hotel. HMConventions, LLC runs it. The 2026 edition is December 18–20.
Three-day passes are sold in tiers from $80 to $110, single days cost $55 to $70, and a VIP badge is $300.
Props must be inspected and tagged at a Prop Check desk every day. Firearms and functional or sharp-edged props are not allowed, airsoft-style replicas must be permanently disabled, and anything resembling a gun needs a permanent orange tip. Cosplay events include the Winter Cosplay Crown Contest, the Holiday Runway Contest and the Winter Cosplay Championship.
