About Rhode Island Comic Con
Rhode Island Comic Con began in 2012 and is organized by Altered Reality Entertainment. Billed as the biggest show in the smallest state, it spreads across the Rhode Island Convention Center and the Amica Mutual Pavilion at 1 Sabin Street in Providence. The next edition runs November 6–8, 2026, with VIP holders admitted an hour before general opening each day.
Prices step up closer to the show. From October 6, 2026 a 3-day adult ticket costs $129.99, VIP is $259.99, kids 6 to 12 pay $54.99 for three days, and Friday-only adult admission is $55, all before Ticketmaster fees.
Cosplayers can walk the Cosplay Red Carpet and join scheduled cosplay meetups. Entry includes security screening that may use walk-through or handheld metal detectors, and a code of conduct covers safety and behavior.
