About Twin Cities Con
Twin Cities Con is a comic and pop-culture convention at the Minneapolis Convention Center, produced by Nerd Street Events, a company founded in 2011 that also runs several other regional comic cons. The next edition is November 20–22, 2026, with programming running until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Tickets are sold through Tixr, with VIP, weekend and single-day options. Kids' tickets cost $10 and cover the whole weekend, and the organizer posts discount codes on its homepage.
The costume weapons policy is strict. Functional or realistic-looking guns are banned even with colored caps, as are props made of metal, wood or glass, metal blades, whips, bats, clubs and loud noisemakers. Props made of cardboard, foam or other light materials are fine. The cosplay page also covers the weekend's costume contests.
